Adam Weaver is in charge of engineering design work on a variety of projects for different Municipalities and has a background within the Construction arena, with experience in field engineering, construction procedures and quality control. Adam is also in charge of the day to day operations of the Business including scheduling and Quoting. Adam is very knowledgeable in the Field of Surveying, with experience in construction layout, topographic surveys, and boundary surveying.

Alex Etchill is in charge of managing engineering and surveying projects, including site design for public, commercial, industrial, and residential developments.  Alex implements green infrastructure, such as bioretention areas, into site design and works well with municipality officials to develop efficient sites that are also environmentally friendly.  Alex enjoys designing site improvement projects for a local amusement park.

Donald E. Weaver, P.E. – Senior Project Engineer

Don Weaver has a diverse background in the civil engineering field. Don’s experience in public works, residential, and commercial developments, makes him a valuable asset to this company. Don has more than 46 years of experience in the civil engineering field many of those in project development from initial concept to finished plans and specifications.  Don has also served as Resident City Engineer for the City of Fostoria and the City of Willard.

Brandi Heidl is experienced in civil design for stormwater management, grading, utility projects, site design & Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan design. Brandi is a skilled AutoCAD draftsman with experience in boundary and topography surveys. She is well versed in calculating boundary surveys, preparing legal descriptions, and assisting in application & permit processes.
